Amphinicy is exhibiting on the TSS 2016, a major global forum dedicated to the progress in space infrastructure, technologies and applications taking place from 28-30th June 2016 in Toulouse, France.
Amphinicy has been a regular visitor to the biggest exhibition and show in the satellite industry for the last eight years in a row. This year the show is taking place in an even larger convention center in Washington DC metro area (USA), March 7 - 10, 2016. To make a switch, this year we will be one of the exhibitors. The presentation will be focused on our three ascending products - Monica, Blink, and SatScout.
Every project can benefit from build automation and there’s a bunch of nice tools nowadays that are eager to help with that. In this blog post I will share my experiences with some of them, talk about the major problems we had along the way and explain the current solution with Bamboo and Docker.
At the end of 2017, we'll look back and provide an overview of the complete satellite industry - focusing on recent years and future trends. We'll talk about how many satellites are there, what types, which countries operate them, and which commercial sectors are there - and we'll focus on raw numbers.
Amphinicy has been delivering complex software solutions and products to the global satellite market for almost two decades. Yet Croatia is at its beginnings in the terms of space activities. And these are good news!

This year's WebCamp arrived at the same format as before, but with a twist – the opening day was set on Friday, a workday, so you needed to put some extra effort in attending it, which actually resulted in a crowd! The organisers have really made an effort so everything was top-notch, up to widely offered mandarins next to cornucopia of coffee and other beverages. However, there was some weird pervasive feeling of lazy Sunday during the next day (Saturday, yes!), most probably due to lower attendance and sunny October skies. That, of course, did not stop any talks from being held so those were two quite interesting days, with quite a spectrum of topics discussed. I’ve decided to reflect on some of the quality talks; there were many of them, but there’s only so much that can be covered.
