About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Head of Office to oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth running of our workplace. This is a key role that supports both management and team members across the company.

Employment Type: Full-time on site (no remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for suppliers, partners, and visitors
• Manage and organize office operations, supplies, and procedures
• Help with organizing visits and exhibits at international trade shows and conferences
• Coordinate events and travel arrangements
• Maintain track of deadlines to ensure on-time execution
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation and filing
• Support management and other departments with administrative tasks
• Monitor office expenses and assist in budget tracking
• Ensure the office is clean, safe, and well-maintained

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma or university degree (preferably in business, administration, or a related field)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; additional experience is an advantage
• Excellent command of Croatian (spoken and written)
• Very Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are plus but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to understand and comment on legal documents is a plus, but not required
