Amphinicy meets Luxembourg’s Minister of the Economy
Amphinicy Technologies recently met with the Luxembourg Minister of the Economy, Mr Lex Delles, and his colleagues, Mr Jacques Thill and Ms Michelle Bley, to discuss ongoing and future collaboration in strategic space-technology domains. The Amphinicy delegation included Ms Aslı Altuntas (Project and Bid Management Lead), Mr Takeshi Martinez (CTO), and Mr Frane Miloš (CEO of Amphinicy Luxembourg).
The meeting focused on 5G Non-Terrestrial Networks (5G-NTN), optical communications and cybersecurity, in particular in the context of satellite ground segment and direct-to-device communication. During the discussion, Amphinicy presented its current activities and roadmap in satellite communications, 5G-NTN integration and the monitoring and control of satellite infrastructure, highlighting how these technologies support the evolution of Luxembourg’s space ecosystem. The company also shared its long-term strategy in these domains and explored opportunities for further cooperation with the Ministry and the Luxembourg Space Agency.

Amphinicy expressed its appreciation for the strong support received so far from the Ministry of the Economy and LSA funding instruments, which have helped in accelerating several innovation and R&D initiatives. “This support enables us to push forward in 5G-NTN, optical communications and cybersecurity for the satellite ground segment, and to bring new capabilities to market faster,” said Frane Miloš, CEO of Amphinicy Luxembourg. Both sides underlined their interest in continued collaboration to advance cutting-edge solutions for the satellite ground segment and to contribute to Luxembourg’s role as a leading European hub for space and satellite technologies.
